  • What cleaning service do we recommend to start with BLUCLIN?

    The deep cleaning service is recommended for clients starting with BLUCLIN. This service allows us to have extra time to clean all the areas that have not been taken into account in other cleaning services before. After this initial deep cleaning, most clients hire a standard cleaning for as many hours as they wish.

  • Is the cleaning service always performed by the same person?

    Yes, as long as the client requires it. Please keep in mind that employees have personal lives, they may become ill or decide to quit the job. Should something like this happen, we will either schedule another service visit or send out a replacement.

  • Do I have to be present when the cleaner arrives or leaves?

    No, however, if it is the first time with the BLUCLIN service, a first connection is important to introduce the staff who will work in your home or office.

  • Are employees insured against all risks?

  • Can I leave the keys?

    Yes, preferably after the first service onwards. In this way you will not have to wait in case of high traffic or if finding a parking space is difficult.

  • What happens if something breaks?

    This rarely happens, however accidents can happen. Please contact our office immediately to do the necessary due diligence with our insurer.

  • What happens if the cleaner does not work the stipulated time or ends earlier?

    BLUCLIN cleaners will always find more spaces to clean with the time you previously paid for. If the cleaner decides to leave, contact us immediately.

  • What happens if I am not satisfied with the work done?

    If you are not satisfied with the work performed for any reason, please contact us immediately. A cleaning service will be scheduled within the next 2 business days to the day originally scheduled.

  • Is the service paid prior to the day of scheduling?

    Yes, so your time and day of cleaning are guaranteed.

  • Are the rates negotiable?

    No, the rates are fixed and are calculated according to the information that you previously provided us in the service schedule.

  • What to do in case the chosen service cannot be finished in the period of time you chose?

    Additional scheduling must be done. In most cases this happens because the spaces are dirtier than normal and it takes more time to start working on cleaning them.

  • What happens if my home requires more time than I chose?

    When you schedule your home cleaning service, be sure to choose the current level of cleanliness for your home. This ensures that the time allotted for cleaning your home is correct. An incomplete service scheduling requires you to schedule again with full rate.

  • Why should I select the level of cleaning and current state of my home when I'm making an appointment?

    This guarantees that our work is well done and to be able to have a clear idea of the state of the space that we are going to clean in order to calculate the time correctly.

  • What can I expect from the organization service for my spaces?

    Areas that are crowded will have additional time for your organization.

  • What happens if I don't want to use this week's pre-scheduled service?

    The service will not be charged as long as you cancel the pre-scheduled service, in the space of 48 hours prior to the day of service. If you cancel within this time, your service will be reserved to your account for future use at no additional charge.

  • Is there any additional cost for rescheduling the service?

    We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours from the time and day of booking initially scheduled.
